McAllen has a number of incentive programs designed to make resources available for businesses looking to create new jobs in our area. Our policy has been to design a customized plan that meets the unique requirements of each company interested in the McAllen area. We are committed to upholding our pro-business reputation and we stand ready to assist new industry in our area. In addition to the incentives outlined below, the McAllen Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is willing to commit ongoing support exclusively to serve the start-up needs of your company. State of Tamaulipas Incentives:

The INVEST program is the result of efforts from the State Government, businesses and academic institutions to unite a complete package of incentives that directly benefit the investment of those companies that recognize The State of Tamaulipas and its resources as the best place to invest.
