McAllen EDC Services

The McAllen Economic Development Corporation is a not-for-profit corporation under contract with the City of McAllen to attract new industry to McAllen, TX and Reynosa, Mexico and to help existing companies expand. McAllen Economic Development Corporation is committed to provide a single point of contact and confidential services at no cost to prospective and existing manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, call centers, and produce companies looking for a site to expand or relocate their company or service operation.

McAllen EDC Services Include

• Information on labor, real estate, utilities, logistics and most importantly quality of place on either side of the border
• Provide site information on available inventory space or build to suit options
• Regional overview and tours
• Assistance with obtaining local and state incentives on either side of the border
• Access to attorneys, accounting firms, customs brokers, and other industry professionals
• Assistance for industrial relocation to Reynosa, Mexico
• Provide support to existing companies through the Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) program
• Access to potential customers in McAllen or Reynosa
• Assistance in match making opportunities between manufacturers and suppliers
• Access to shelter services for new start ups in Reynosa, Mexico
• Family relocation assistance for industrial companies
